Trish Harnan - Health Coach

Hi!

I'M TRISH...

As a Health Coach specialising in wellbeing for people over 40, my passion is helping people live well, not just longer — with more energy, confidence, stability, and joy in their everyday lives.

 

My approach combines evidence-based health coaching with supportive emotional understanding, creating a safe and empowering space for real, lasting change.

My Background

  • Level 5 Health Coach (HCA Accredited) — Completing Jan 2026

  • Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills & Theory

  • Volunteer Support Worker with Macmillan, where I provided emotional support to individuals and families during the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Three years as Co-Chair for a disability network within a large organisation, advocating for accessibility, wellbeing, and inclusion

 

These experiences shaped the way I coach: with empathy, respect, structure, and a deep understanding of the emotional side of health.

My Path

A LIVED EXPERIENCE

I support adults aged 40–65 who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck navigate their way back to balance, identity, and energy through sustainable habit change and compassionate coaching.

My path to coaching wasn’t straightforward — it came through lived experience.

I’ve navigated:

  • Chronic stress

  • Chronic health conditions

  • Single parenting

  • Divorce and major life transitions

  • Rebuilding confidence after burnout

  • Advocacy work around disability and inclusion

 

For years, I pushed through stress until my body said “enough.” I know how it feels to be running on empty. I also know what it takes to rise from it.

My belief is simple - you don’t need to do life alone.
